The last few weeks haven’t been the greatest.

About a week or so again I irritated my knee while doing Brazlian Jiu Jitsu. I’m not sure if it was because of training so much or the fact that we’ve matted our entire large (originally hardwood) gym with new tatami style mats that have yet to be broken in.

As of today my knee is beginning to feel much better but now I have the flu!. I’m looking forward to getting back to training in a few days once this sickness has passed…

    lol at that post, I grinded my knee which is almost totally healed now. Hurt for about 1 week. Thought I’d put a post to let everyone know how my week went :).

    I’m guessing that guy has never trained before :). Hey as long as a hater or two is talking, I guess that’s a good thing. Thanks for posting it up Cory.

    Yea, you know what they say, no press is bad press. I’m with you though, colds, flus, cuts, mat burn and finger jams all come with the territory. Going light or taking a few days off is hardly falling apart.

    To me personaly, haters inspire you to put even more effort to achieve that goal to prove them wrong, and in the end the only fool talking are the haters themselves lol.
