BJJ Workshop (Gi) – The Triangle Choke « MMA Technique, MMA Training, and Mixed Martial Arts Blog of Jeff "The Inferno" Joslin

After many requests, I’ve decided to focus the next workshop on one of BJJ’s best submissions, the triangle choke. At this workshop you’ll learn numerous ways to sneak your triangle choke attack through your opponent’s defenses and once it’s locked on I’ll teach you how to make it nearly impossible for your opponent to escape.

This seminar is with the gi and will take place on Sunday, December 20th.
Time – 1pm until 3pm
Location - Joslin’s MMA (436 Concession Street, Hamilton, Ontario)
Price - $25 for members (Joslin’s MMA or Alliance BJJ), $35 for non-members.
