A common escape that can be a real pain in the ass if you don’t know how to counter is the 2 hand hip lift.

I’m going to save you a ton of time and frustration by showing you how to counter that escape right now in the video below. I didn’t learn it until several years into my training and unfortunately had many people escape my mount by pushing at my hips.
