Time to dramatically improve your game! 2010 is going to be an awesome year of training at Joslin's MMA.
Starting in February,2010 I will be teaching 2 technical workshops per month at Joslin's MMA. They will be held on every second Sunday from 1pm-3pm. From beginning to end these 2 hour sessions will cover a variety of martial arts training including boxing technique, kickboxing and Muay Thai technique, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills and much more.
Even better, each workshop will have a intensely focused theme, meaning you'll learn techniques that blend, counter and build upon one another.
