I just posted Video #3 of my MMA passing the guard series. This pass is a counter to be used against an opponent’s butterfly guard hook sweep.

It can be applied whether the opponent attempts the sweep from an over hook or an under hook position. I show the over hook version since that’s the type BJ’s opponent is attempting in the highlight video. The bottom fighter ends up recomposing his guard pretty quickly and therefore we don’t see the movement completed but my video shows one way to finalize the pass.
