Loading ...I was recently a guest on TSN’s popular show “Off the Record”. I had a great time talking about UFC 100 and a bunch of other stuff. It was also great to meet one of the UFC pioneers in Dave Beneteau.

- Heading to teach a few classes at Joslin's MMA.
- I think GSP will take out Hardy pretty easily, takedown, guard pass and ground and pound, what do you think?
- Just finished the sneaky attack workshop...a few wrist locks, takin the back a few fancy ways, a flyin triangle setup and more. It was fun.
- Off to get some sleep, teaching a 2 hour workshop tommorrow...submission wrestlilng sneaky attacks.
