Sitting here drinking a protein shake, I just realized one thing. The only good thing about being injured is the fact that you can eat some food other than sweet potatoes, chicken breasts, oatmeal and all the other boring stuff I eat when training hard. Now that I’m getting back into shape, I’ll definitely miss the chicken wings and pizza but most of all I’ll miss the lucky charms in the morning :) . Damn, those are good. Everything’s good though, getting back on track eating wise has given me alot more energy already.

I’m about to head out to referee at the Bravado open. When I get back I’ll update you on how things went..
